Business Finance Services Australia FAQs.

Which finance service should I choose?

Start with the purpose, timing, amount, cash flow, available security and repayment source. The suitable product follows those facts.

Do all services offer 80% LVR?

No. LVR applies only to property-backed structures, and up to 80% is a selected qualifying maximum. Many products use different measures or require lower leverage.

Are loan amounts up to $50 million available?

Selected eligible development and larger commercial transactions may be considered at that scale, subject to lender appetite, evidence, security, feasibility and approval.

Can you guarantee approval or timing?

No. Approval and settlement depend on lender criteria, verification, due diligence, documents and cleared conditions.

Do you provide consumer home loans?

No. Basic Finance Loans handles eligible business-purpose finance only under the published policy.

What should I send first?

Provide a concise scenario with purpose, amount, deadline, borrower, security, existing debt and repayment plan. We can then identify the required evidence.
